Yeah, fixkdeincludes is an experimental script, and I don't think it
ever will really be ready for general consumption, since what it tries
to do is imho too complicated for a script.  For Kig, I try to take
trouble to include only the strictly necessary headers, so there
shouldn't be much problems there.
