[kde-edu]: New Project - mental arithmetic

Hi,

basically, i did not intend to completely replace
KMathTool or other apps like kalamaris or KGeometry.
The framework of my app is much smaller and its rather
a tool than an app - like KPercentage. 
You will see when i got the rpm build.
