Not found labplot item in stable [doc building issue]

  Hi,

  We have the translated file:

ca/docmessages/labplot/labplot2_man-labplot2.1.po

but it can't be built

scripts/update_xml ca labplot

  The output is empty, and the documentation folder too.

$ git status
On branch stable_l10n-kf5

If anyone can look at it, thanks a lot for your work.
