Kigo doc issues

  Hi,

  I have been working on renewing the Kigo Manual and have found three major 
issues. Can someone do CC to kde-games-devel (KDE games development).

1. 'khelpcenter help:/kigo' work fine but from 'khelpcenter' not show an item 
for Kigo Manual.

2. Unable renew screenshots because the "Show Move Numbers" button has no icon 
(toolbar).

3. "Get More Games" shows no items
    Possibly related:
    Bug 343588 - “Get More Games” hangs while “Loading data”
