OK. I'll try to work on it, as time permits. I'm pretty busy with other stuff 
right now (I volunteer to help elderly people who don't much like computers 
file their income tax returns, and the season is upon us). And I'm in the 
middle of rewriting the KMail documentation. But it might not be hard to do, 
if I just have to copy some xml code from one index.docbook file and paste it 
into another one. And maybe copy some .png files as well. I'll try to get to 
it.
