The main purpose of Konqueror is WWW.  WWW is a wild world, they ignore all
rules, especially accessibility and backward compatibility. It has been turned
into a money-making machine for a group of reckless entrepreneurs.  Konqueror
does not accommodate itself to this grifter approach (in their words, we do not
keep up with the current technology) so it is excluded from the default KDE
desktop.  As a result, its documentation is gone too.  Including the part that
Dolphin depends on.
