  Well, this is the first time Season of Docs is being organized, and it would be our (KDE's) first time participating. I've never been a mentor in a project like this, so I can't judge from any previous experience. But it would definitely require active engagement from mentors, especially in the first month while new contributors are learning about KDE. The good part is that every project would have two mentors, so we could split the work in such a way that no one feels overloaded.
