Improvements for KWave doc

  Hi,

  I have translated the KWave doc into Catalan (ca) and now I am doing my hard 
review. I attached a patch to imporove or correct something I've seen.

  And my constructive critic:

   * I have added this tag so that you change this reference:
    <!-- @TODO@ kdemultimedia -->

   * Must be misspelled?
    Makes a menu entry or menu/sub menu that has been previously disabled 
<emphasis>enabled</emphasis> again.

   * Can anyone confirm if that is OK? Maybe it's plasma ...
    &kde-frameworks; Drag and Drop protocol
