How do I edit "open with" applications for ksnapshot?

Юрий:

Thanks for the clue to try png. That works. And thanks for thinking to
add it to the handbooks. Scientific Linux 6.9, which I have no choice
but to use at work because I'm not trusted to have the root password
without about six months' cyber-security training, has not yet included
KDE 5. They're stuck on KDE 4.3.4.

I noticed that "Wednesday 31 May 2017 23:03:52 Van Snyder wrote"
was written using some Cyrillic letters, but not quite Russian.
Especially not "May".

I'd guess Ukrainian, right? But my Ukrainian friends speak Russian too.

Пяатьдесят пять лет давно я был учеником русского языка, но теперь я
очень немножко не помню. Поэтому простите меня, если я использовал его
неправильно.

Best regards,
Van
