Search - Revision Plasma 5.8

I tried in Plasma 5.10.4 and it works after writing on USB-Stick. Every 
time I must  manually indexing the specific files. After deleting the 
fils it doesn't work. The files are still in the index after deleting. I 
had the index manually restarted and it doesn't  help. Is there a solution?
