Additional question about deleting bookmarks in helpcenter

It is a known widget; you can see the same in Konversation, for example, or 
many button in the main toolbar of KMail.

KDE Applications 16.12.3 is the version of the bundle. The applications 
included may have different version numbers.
It is not uncommon (see Hadoop distributions).
