- What I was doing when the application crashed: 
I clicked Module help in KInfoCentre. The crash window appeared.

- Unusual behavior I noticed: 
Firefox crashes within a few monents if launched under the plasma5 desktop. Not
so if launched under LXDE. 

- Custom settings of the application: 
Desktop is launched via 'xinit startkde'.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
