[kde-doc-english] Creating Accounts - Help Documentation - KMyMoney 4.7.2

I do documentation for KMyMoney, so I'll see that this information  
shows up somewhere in the handbook.  It will be there for the  
Frameworks branch, but might not get into the 4.8.0 version.  (Just a  
question of my available time.)
