[kde-doc-english] Cannot send certificate to server

Hello,

When I tried to send a certificate from Kleopatra to the server it gave me the following message:

An error occurred while trying to export OpenPGP certificates. 
The output from C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG\gpg2.exe was: gpg: sending key C9A8D768 to http server www.gnupg.org gpg: keyserver communications error: Invalid argument gpg: keyserver send failed: Invalid argument 

What should I do?
