KDE4_(health_table) pages have to be renamed (KDE4 is wrong) + moved
Projects/Documentation/Building_Blocks -> delete it, we have the fundamentals
docbooks
community has already a page about Documentation (https://community.kde.org/
KDE_Documentation), but that is apparently only about Documentation in Wiki.
How to handle this? The main content is > 6 years old.
