[kde-doc-english] Please stop updating projects.kde.org->quickgit.kde.org

Hi,

please stop the mass updating in $subject in our documentation for a moment
and let's discuss it first.

My understanding is that quickgit.kde.org will be replaced again by
phabricator browser, so we will have to do this again. Moreover, the old URL
is a proper redirect now.

We need a fixed URL like commits.kde.org, that will redirect to the proper
repository browser consistently. Hence why sysadmin@ is in CC.
