[kde-doc-english] Scripty not picking up from projects KXStitch and SymbolEditor

Thanks for the explanation Albert.
It isn't important at the moment to have it done. I will probably make
a final kdelibs4 release with a number of fixes that I have done whilst
doing the frameworks branch. I can then merge those with master when
I'm ready to release that.
