[kde-doc-english] Corrupted Helps

Hello friends,

I'm using KDE 4.11.5, which I have downloaded with an OpenSuse Linux.
Unluckily many help pages do not work, because their corresponding
"index.cache.bz2" files in the "/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/" directory are corrupted.

I have corrected some of them, and I'm sending them to you.
