[kde-doc-english] library.kde.org updated to use git

I skipped this step here, kdelibs repo from master is pulled in automatically

It does work here running on a staging host. I had to install the missing 
package texlive-lang-greek to get rid of pdf generation errors.

texlive-lang-greek is installed on library.kde.org
