[kde-doc-english] library.kde.org updated to use git

Hi,
as $subject says, I simply:
- fixed few settings in the new git repository
- moved /home/docs/docs to /home/docs/docs_svn
- cloned the git repository in /home/docs/docs
- copied few files (from /home/docs/docs_svn/kdelibs to the corresponding new
directory)
- changed svn reference to git in the crontab

Crossing finger, it should work. Do you want me to execute a test run before
the "natural" one on Thursday?
