[kde-doc-english] F1 help for amarok 2.8.0

Maybe it is a dumb question ... but I do not know how to use the help.
E.g. in the german page 'Cover Verwaltung' it says

   Die Musiksammlung kann mit der schicken Cover-Verwaltung ...

Therein 'Cover-Verwaltung' is marked, but _not_ clickable. So I look for 
these words everywhere in the program window itself. But in none of the 
menues I can find them. Do my eyes no work correctly ... or where can I 
find cover verwaltung so I can experiment how to use it?
