[kde-doc-english] Fixes for Konversation doc

  Hi

  I finished the translation for this chat tool from extragear-network and 
report the following fixes (see the patch).

  Two entities can be modified? I suggest:

  <!ENTITY i18n-nickname "<acronym>nickname</acronym>">
  <!ENTITY i18n-Nickname "<acronym>Nickname</acronym>">

  The English form is meaningless in the translation.
