[kde-doc-english] XMLGUI create new menubar menu example.

I suggest that it be exemplified how to create a new menu using XMLGUI.

Took me a lot of time to find this out although it is pretty basic. This is
where I would have searched for it.

Is this the right mailing list to suggest this patch?
