[kde-doc-english] k3b Documentation not Found

Yuri,
Thank you for your time and kindness in response
to my earlier letter. A "definitive"
documentation is never possible for a project
which is alive. Therefore, there is also the
need to aid user discovery and action. Can you
forward this appropriately? With thanks,
--jerry

Gentlemen,
This volunteer is acting as a gatekeeper to
prevent more creative individuals from finding
clever ways to accelerate the growth of the KDE
project and the KDE community. The response
that all first level volunteers make to users
could routinely provide another (alternative)
address with a statement: "If you have more to
say about this problem which might help our KDE
community, you may also write to . . . . ."
Thank you for your consideration,
--jerry
