[kde-doc-english] patch for konqueror docbooks

Hi all, attached is a patch file for Konqueror's handbook. It is for
bookmarks, save-settings and sidebar docbook files.

In bookmarks I have improved one sentence, changed tree view
expand/collapse icons from plus/minus signs to >, v arrows.

In save-settings I have joined two sentences into one.

In the sidebar docbook I have made the capitalization of 'Sidebar'
consistently uppercase. I also improved two sentences.
