Flow, Calligra Plan, and Karbon)

* Please cc this list in a bug report about missing / wrong docs

* Calligra devels decided to go with documentation on userbase.kde.org and 
skip docbook, this list is mostly about docbook stuff

* Help button in Calligra Words opens http://userbase.kde.org/Words, userbase 
is a wiki, so please add a link to http://userbase.kde.org/KWord/Tutorials to 
the userbase page about calligra words and adapt that tutorials for calligra 
words
