[kde-doc-english] Kile manual out of date.

Docs team,

The Kile 2.1.3 documentation seems to be out of date. The screen
captures do not match the output I am receiving. Also, here are some
other issues I have encountered:

Lack of clarity when describing how to create a new project.
Lack of clarity when naming files.
Lack of clarity and example for a relative path.
Project entry fields in the manual do not match the current project
creation dialogue.
Making a general assumption about the level of experience with Kile
(LaTex in general is not an issue, just the fact that the application is
an unknown to new users would be indicative to me of the need for more
in depth procedural steps with more screen captures for examples).

There are several others, but I think the documentation team needs to
review this particular manual. It just seems to be very high level
without any step by step procedures, and it seems to lack content.

I use Texmaker all of the time, and i wanted to try Kile for the project
function (which in my opinion is an excellent function to have) but the
documentation lacks clarity.

Thank you for your time.
