[kde-doc-english] Information on the current state of PDF generation

Hi!

Just to let you know:

1. All PDFs in the unstable branch (4.8) can be automatically generated,  
except kdesrc-build (I asked some TeX experts about the best way to enable  
PDF generation) and xsldbg (need to decide what exactly to do with it,  
it's automatically generated after all).

2. I think it will be better to switch to a4wide (ebook friendly, paper  
friendly, wider so does not break tables, fewer overfulls ;) ). Example of  
Amarok handbook in A4 format (converted from UserBase, minimal tweaking)  
can be found here (warning: 10.6MB !):

Can we switch to a4wide?
