Thanks for this changes. The lines mentioned in the patch are used in  
KWrite and Kate documentation. That's why this occasionally leads to  
confusion.

IMHO, the changes like these ("Configure Editor" -> "Configure &kate;")  
can be done in vivo without additional consideration as long as the string  
freeze is not broken by the change.
