Just a response from the Amarok Handbook person, below:

::snip::
We're almost finished. I'm removing construction tags as I check them off.
The Handbook is intended to be the single help menu entry. I'm not
entirely sure how to help that bit along, but I'll find out once all
the pages are DONE.
For now, we are checking that all information is both correct and
up-to-date, that images are sized, wiki markup is correct, all links
live, etc.
Still learning,
Valorie
