[kde-doc-english] Documentation submission for Step

Hi, I'd like to submit this piece of documentation I did for Step about the
example eightpendulum.step. I don't see anything for it, so this is a start.

It's also in plain text, not DocBook (I'm learning!).

This example is a simple demonstration of the famous Newton's cradle. It is done in Step using sticks, discs and a box. The six balls in the middle aren't moving because they have been pinned.
