As Anders points out, those particular features are documented in the
"What's This?" help. (Incidentally, this thread made me notice a typo
in that, so you've already helped make help help a little bit better.
;-)

That being said, the manual for the window-specific kwin configuration
is rather sparse:
http://docs.kde.org/development/en/kde-workspace/kcontrol/windowspecific/index.html

If you'd like to help out with that (or any KDE documentation), you're
more than welcome to join us.

KDE documentation is written in an XML language called DocBook, but
you don't have to worry about that if you don't want to. Just fire up
your favorite text editor and start writing! Send your work to this
mailing list, and we'll happily add it to the documentation.

If you need help figuring out certain features while you're
documenting them, just ping the kwin developers on their mailing list
or IRC. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help you improve their
documentation. They provide information on how to get in touch with
them here:
http://community.kde.org/KWin/Hacking#Communication

Thanks!
