[kde-doc-english] kipi-plugins/khelpcenter bug?

Hi all!  Hope you're enjoying your weekend. :-)

Now that gwenview seems to be all sorted out, I was taking a look over
kipi-plugins and found that something is causing it to display nothing
but "Introduction" in the tree on the left side of khelpcenter.  (See
http://www.u.arizona.edu/~tchol/kde/kipi-bug.png for a screenshot.)

Is this a problem with its DocBook layout or a khelpcenter bug?  (It's
in branches/work/doc now if you want to take a look.)
