[kde-doc-english] kcalc modes description

Hi!

Attached is a diff to the kcalc doc. The diff is made from

/trunk/KDE/kdeutils/doc/kcalc/

It describes the new "modes" we have in kcalc and replaces the button sets.

I'm not subscribed to this list, so please CC me as you like.
