[kde-doc-english] Writing for UserBase

We now have how-to documents for 7 common tasks, linked from 
http://userbase.kde.org/Tasks_and_Tools, ranging from how to update an image 
to how to prepare for Manual writing or prepare a page for translation.

It would be helpful if you could check one or more of them, looking for 
clarity of instructions.  Please feel free to edit the pages, or simply feed 
back your comments.

Suggestions for other, similar pages are also welcome.
