Hi!

1) Use System Settings (Personal Settings->Country/Region &  
Language->Other->Paper Format). Documentation is available for KDE 4.5.
2) Please read KOrganizer documentation [1]. Should you unable to find the  
appropriate answer please send your question to kde-pim ML [2] or #kontact  
on freenode [3].
