[kde-doc-english] UserBase editing guidelines

Several first drafts of How-To pages are linked from 
http://userbase.kde.org/Tasks_and_Tools.  Please choose one or more pages and 
critique them for clarity (and, of course, errors).

I'm working from Helsinki Airport at the moment, so I'll be off-line for the 
rest of the day, but  back on irc and here tomorrow.
