[kde-doc-english] Why not allow the use of AM/PM in the digital clock

Hi Leon.
It's possible to change to the 12 hour system if you prefer it (as I
also do), by setting the "Time format" in the "Regional & Language"
control panel in systemsettings to "pH:MM:SS AMPM" without quotes.
