[kde-doc-english] kpat index.docboook diff

Hi all,
 Got some time so chose a random application and tried fixing kpat. I
think Ive corrected the errors in Section 5. but I have no clue whats
wrong with Section 4 which says:

Misplaced TRANS:CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS placeholder.
TRANS:CREDIT_FOR_TRANSLATORS has to come immediately before &underFDL;.

The above mentioned tag is already in the right position. Could anyone
tell me what I'm missing ? Also I made this patch file by running the
command 

diff index.docbook kpat.docbook > kpat.patch 

Hope that is the way to make a patch for the above.
