releaseinfo version of konsole 

If you move the docbook to trunk, Erics script will create the doctemplates 
next day at 3 o'clock UTC.
On scripty's next daily run, the templates are merged with the existing 
language konsole.pos.
To tell translators not to start, you have to send a mail to 
kde-i18n-doc at kde.org. 
But the top teams will ignore your mail and start in any case, I suppose.
