[kde-doc-english] Updated Konsole Book

Hi, I've been updating the Konsole handbook for KDE 4.2.  I have the  
basics done (menu structure,etc).  It is currently in branches/work/ 
konsole4-handbook.  I'll move it to trunk shortly.  I don't recall how  
the <date>/<releaseinfo> works as far as how do I tell the translators  
not to start on it until I have it done?
On a side note: is there a reason why there is no &dbus; ?
