[kde-doc-english] handbook section wise?

Just for my planning.

When I write my handbook do I better write the whole thing to get it published 
or can it be made public section or chapter wise as well, as long as it stays 
consistent, of course?

I personally would try to write it chapter wise and commit it then, after 
proof reading and what else is necessary to ascertain good quality.
