[kde-doc-english] Typo Reporting Wiki

Hi,

We have resurrected the kde.me.uk wiki that people were using to report
typos. This is to help anyone (particularly translators) wanting to report
typos in the original English (for typos in the translated strings, please
report these on the relevant translation team's mailing list or contact
their coordinator).

Here you will find links to the various areas, and instructions on using
the wiki and the standards that we follow.

Anyone wanting to receive notification when changes are made (typos added
or fixes applied to the code), please subscribe to the kde-en-gb mailing

Note: this is a low traffic list, and is moderated so, if you subscribe,
you won't be inundated by spam, apart from occasional commit messages.
