[kde-doc-english] KDE problem: frozen desktop after desktop configuration changes

To whom it may concern,

I've just changed my desktop configuration in KDE desktop settings to
make it look like Windows - the funniest thing was it crashed just
after it!

After the lol, I cannot login using KDE as my environment anymore.
Nobody in my department can solve it either. There's people reporting
the same bug in the web, but there's no solution available.
