[kde-doc-english] Problems w/ template.docbook vs EBN Docbook Sanitizer in role of translators location

Good morning,

I don't know for sure to file this as a bug or not, but if you at
template.docbook on line 74 it places <!-- TRANS:ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS
--> at the end of </authorgroup> but if you run a document thru the
EBN docbook sanitizer is states that <!-- TRANS:ROLES_OF_TRANSLATORS
--> should be before the close of </authorgroup>.
Could someone help me out, which one is the correct one?
