[kde-doc-english] general.entity

Hi all,

I am a new volunteer and trying to write a doc for KTorrent.
Now, i found out that without en entity, meinproc will not work.

Is the entity for the application something which can be left out?
Will it break kde rules?
I am quite new to this.
