SVN commit 502567 by skoning:

- the Using chapter is gone, its sections have become separate chapters
- update menu reference with thanks to Burkhard
- the Transformation Tools toolbar is gone
- add dialog descriptions and screenshots for the Layer menu
- update screenshots for Brushes toolbar
- polish text here and there
