patch for kexi docs

In this patch for the kexi documentation the file menus.docbook
contains all missing menu entries for kexi, but the description 
for a lot of entries is still missing (replaced by a "?"), this
is beyond my knowledge,
So this file has to be reviewed and the description of the menuitems
have to be completed before committing.

Tried to check the gui strings in the last missing doc (kugar),
but this documenattion is very outdated, so that's useless.

This is my last patch for koffice 1.5, time to start with the 
translation of the docs.

So please commit my last patches and then close this bug.
