[kde-doc-english] KOffice documentation status for translation

Dear KOffice translators,

According to the release schedule for KOffice 1.5:

We now come into documentation freeze. Which means there shouldn't be any 
changes anymore in the documentation itself. I will apply some last fixes and 
cleanups (remove unfinished things, ...) today and if possible add another 
chapter for kexi (today, if not today then never for KOffice 1.5). So 
basically you can finish and polish up the translations for KOffice without 
fearing of fixing fuzzy entries later on.

There is one exception to the documentation freeze: KPlato. We intend to allow 
changes for the KPlato documentation for another week, to be able to provide 
a handbook for KPlato's first official release. I hope this is ok with you 
all.
