[kde-doc-english] Help Centre

Hello and a big thanks for all your work 
How can I add documentation to the KDE Help Centre.
For example I have K3B installed on Mandriva 2006, it works fine but there is 
no information in the Help Centre. This does not stop me from finding help 
from the KDE web site but it would be nice if there was a option in the Help 
Centre to add documentation.

Can you give me any clues.
